Business Forum: Laos
Mr Kelly is a senior officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Assistant Secretary, Humanitarian Response, Risk and Recovery Branch.
He has previously served overseas in Fiji, Solomon Islands and Vietnam. Mr Kelly has also worked in roles with GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance in Switzerland, and with CARE Australia. Mr Kelly has a Master of Financial Management and Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from the Australia National University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canberra.
